- Lead the Implementation of IFRS 15 - New Revenue Recognition Standard
- Lead the Implementation of IFRS 16 - New Lease Accounting Standard
- Provide services in preparing financial statements under local and IFRS standards
IT AUDITS
- Review of IT Processes – manual and automated
- Review of Internal Controls and provide recommendations where gaps exist
- Provide services for SOX and other International accounting and regulatory requirements
ERP IMPLEMENTATION REVIEWS
- Guide and Lead the Implementation of ERP systems
- Review of large Implementation Projects for Benefits vs Spend
- Transform Projects that are running over budget
- Train Client teams in Managing ERP Implementations
TESTING AND TRAINING
- Lead testing activities on Finance Transformation and ERP Implementations
- Provide testing methodology and services to Organizations having lean workforce
- Provide training to end users, super users and stakeholders on change management
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Lead the Change Management Program for a Business/Finance Transformation initiative
- Advise clients on Key area in Change Management for any small or major change
- Work with Change Managers on Training Plan, Documentation and Imparting training
